Create a new ImageShape from a System.Drawing.Bitmap and select a frame index. This constructor allows you to draw to a GDI+ surface and pass it to the ImageShape class without intermediate, temporary file.
public ImageShape(Bitmap bitmap, Int32 frameIndex, Boolean disposeBitmap)
When setting disposeBitmap to true, the bitmap is disposed when this Image class is released from memory. Note that if this instance of the bitmap is used multiple times an error will be thrown if this bitmap is used after this Image class is removed from memory
