bitmapPdf page is rendered into this bitmap.
SKMatrix
matrixThis matrix is concatenated with the base internal matrix.
The page is rendered at 72 DPI, so the bottom left corner of the page is mapped
to the bottom left corner of the image if that matrix is the identity matrix.
One of the Page.CalculateMatrix(...) methods can be used to calculate this parameter.
RenderSettings
renderSettingsVarios rendering parameters.
PageBoundary
pageBoundaryDefines which page boundary is used for renedering.
